New Transfers
Please complete both the New Transfer Application and the Transfer Agreement for the school year your student will attend.
After submitting your transfer application, please scan a copy of the campus-specific documents listed below to the campus principal listed for your child’s campus.
- High School Documents: Current transcript, most recent report card, and completed Transfer Agreement.
- Junior High Documents: Most recent report card and completed Transfer Agreement
- Intermediate Documents: Most recent report card and completed Transfer Agreement
- Elementary Documents: Most recent report card and completed Transfer Agreement
Transfer Application, Transfer Agreement, and all supporting documentation must be submitted to the campus principal before a transfer will be considered.
