Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

They assist students by breaking down tasks that have multiple steps and ensure that children follow rules and deadlines. They can assist children in reducing anxiety through providing consistency and reducing resistance that comes with certain unwanted activities. Visual schedules are reminders to children where they should be, what they should be doing, and when they should start and finish. Below will be different picture of schedules you can use at home:
